THE RENTAL INCLUDES UTILIZATION/COSTS FOR
– Electricity
– Water
– Inventory
– Bedclothes excluding sheets, pillowcases, towels
– Cleaning products

BOOKING CONDITIONS
§ 1 20 percent of the rent must be payed in advance the latest 10 days after the cottage has been booked. The final payment of the cottage must be payed the latest 30 days before the rental period.

§ 2 The rental also includes the common facilities shower, sauna, toilet(separett), rowing boata, canoea etcetera.

§ 3 The guest should be careful and take good care of the rented cottage.

§ 4 In case of damage caused by the guest, the guest will pay for the damage. The guest must also contact the owner immediately.

§ 5 The guest is not allowed to rent the cottage to somebody else.

§ 6 The rental owner is responsible to make sure that the cottage and its inventory are insured.

§ 7 The cottage must be cleaned by the guest. Cleaning service can be ordered for 500 SEK.

§ 8 Booking cancellation can be made by phone or in writing. If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the guest will only pay the service fee 500 SEK. If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the arrival date the guest must pay 70% of the rent.

§ 9 Maximum 5 persons have the right to use the cottage.

§ 10 The cottage can be disposed from 13:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure or after special agreement between the guest and the cottage owner.
